“This message has not yet been submitted for delivery!” or “Pending Send”!
Have you ever encountered an issue when trying to send an email in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, or Field Service applications, only to find the email stuck in a ‘Pending Send’ status?
Lets see how to solve this problem!
First step is to check or review email integration settings and configurations for Mailbox and Queues.
To check this, we need to go for Power platform admin center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/) –
Select Environments (Manage tab) > Select settings > Email > Mailboxes.

Alternative way for Mailbox – Go to advanced settings from Gear icon in Top right corner

You can see Power Platform Environment Settings

Select Active mailboxes, you can check Alerts where you will find errors or warnings for incoming or outgoing mailbox is not syncing due to some issue.

In General tab -> See outgoing email status – if its not run then there is issue with server profile or outgoing email status set to None.

Follow below steps to resolve issue:
Verify if user mailbox is configured and enabled for sending email to use server side synchronisation for outgoing email. Also, you need to check server profile – that will be decision factor if you want to run mailbox on MS exchange online server or any other servers (such as Google, AWS, IIS etc.)

Also check user’s email is enabled and approved. This will solve your problem for mailboxes.
